A Beef Share is a way of buying a bulk quantity of local raised and grain fed beef. The sizes are a quarter, half or whole steer. You will receive a combination of ground beef, steaks and roasts and miscellaneous cuts.

This package includes a wide variety of cuts from burgers and steaks to roasts. No matter the occasion, you’ll be prepared.
40% Premium Ground Beef:

  • 30-40 lbs in convenient 1 lb packages 85/15 blend

30% Savory Cuts:

  • 4-6 Roasts: Chuck, round, brisket
  • 4-6 stew meat in convenient 1 lb packages;
  • 4-5 Cross Cut Shank individually packaged;
  • 4 packs of short ribs;

30% Dry Aged Steaks:

  • 4-6 Ribeye | 4-6 Porterhouse/T-Bone
  • 4 Top Sirloin | 4 Sirloin Tip | 4 Chuck | 4 Top Round
  • and one or two of the following 'odd cuts' too few for
  • every box: Skirt, Bavette (flap), Flank OR Tri-Tip.

This Half Beef package is our most popular for families, and will keep a family of four fed for 8-12 months.

30% Dry Aged Steaks:

  • 16-20 total Rib Eye, Porterhouse/T-Bone;
  • 16-24 total Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Chuck and Top Round;
  • 4 total of Skirt, Coulette, Flank, or Tri-Tip.
